Cinque Piani is located on Via Bettino Ricasoli, overlooking the Sforza Castle area, in one of the city’s most historic and recognisable districts.
Just a short walk away lie Brera and the Cinque Vie district, where Milan’s oldest streetscape remains preserved. Heading towards the centre, Milan Duomo Cathedral and the fashion district, including Via Montenapoleone, can be reached in just a few minutes.
In the opposite direction, Milano Cadorna station provides a direct link to Malpensa Airport, making arrivals and departures quick and easy. Linate Airport, meanwhile, is just under 25 minutes’ drive away.
By car: Set your GPS to “Castello Sforzesco, Milan”. Once you reach the city center, follow the signs for the castle or “Parco Sempione”. Please note: the area is within Area C (a restricted-access, paid parking zone). Useful parking options nearby: parking lots in the Cairoli / Cadorna area and private parking garages near the castle. From there, continue on foot toward Via Bettino Ricasoli (a few minutes’ walk).
By metro: The most convenient stops are Cairoli (M1) (Red Line) and Cadorna (M1/M2) (Red/Green Line). From either stop, exit and follow the signs for Castello Sforzesco. Via Ricasoli is located right next to the castle (2–5 minutes on foot)
By train: From Milan Central station, take the M2 (green) subway line toward Abbiategrasso and get off at Cadorna. From Milan Porta Garibaldi station, take the M2 subway line to Cadorna. You’re just a few minutes’ walk from the Castle
By plane: From Milan Malpensa Airport , take the Malpensa Express train to Cadorna , then walk. From Milan Linate Airport, take the bus and the metro (M4 + M1 or M2) to Cadorna or Cairoli. From Bergamo Orio al Serio Airport , take the bus to Milano Centrale, then take the metro to Cadorna,
