Just a stone’s throw from Piazza Castello, within a Milanese building, the project comprises 17 apartments. Spaces designed to be lived in, not merely passed through. Light flows in naturally, the proportions are measured, the details understated. Every room is designed to give guests a rare sensation: that of belonging to the place.
On the ground floor, the Molto restaurant reinterprets Roman cuisine with a contemporary approach. Next to it, a cocktail bar and a hidden inner courtyard, where the city’s rhythm fades until it disappears. An intimate, almost private space that invites you to slow down.
In the basement, a minimalist Spa, with private changing rooms and relaxation areas, offers an intimate and unpretentious wellness experience. The Gym, equipped with state-of-the-art technology, completes a programme designed for the body, without disrupting the balance of the stay.
